Practical Legal Training (PLT) Placement
PlacementBC Legal offers Practical Legal Training placements for law graduates completing their PLT requirements. You will gain hands-on experience across our practice areas — family law, migration, property settlement, and wills and estates, working alongside our lawyers on real client matters. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, professional environment as you work towards admission to the legal profession in Western Australia.
Registered Migration Agent
Full-timeWe are looking for a MARA registered migration agent to join our migration practice. You will assist clients with partner visas, skilled migration, student visas, and merits review matters before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) is essential. Experience with complex visa applications and a strong understanding of the Migration Act 1958 and Migration Regulations 1994 is highly regarded.
